Belfiore Real Estate Consulting hosts quarterly events for clients at the Biltmore Embassy Suites. The events are designed to provide attendees with a quality networking experience, an update on current residential market conditions, and diverse industry executives’ insights on the market.

Financing Real Estate Today
On the heels of two successful, major events, AZ DealMakers and the inaugural Financing Real Estate Today event, Belfiore Real Estate Consulting will host the second annual Financing Real Estate Today event on September 8th, 2010 at 8:00 a.m. The event will be held at The Biltmore Resort in Phoenix.
This year, regional and national speakers will meet to discuss the state of the capital markets, how workouts activity flows through their organizations, how REOs are managed, how government legislation is affecting their business, where you can attain equity and / or debt from their organization to fund your real estate project, what underwriting standards their organization has, how much they have recently financed, and much, much more. The formal presentation, consisting of two panel discussions and a keynote speaker, will be broken-up with a high-level networking brunch.
